Machining
 With our state-of-the-art CNC machinery and CAD/CAM software, we can produce almost any kind of custom machine work that our customers demand. We also have a variety of manual lathes, mills, drills, grinders and many other types of machinery to produce your parts.
Fabrication
We are able to offer a wide variety of fabrication options to our customers. Our fabrication department is capable of Mig and stick welding, bending, torching and grinding. We can also assemble and paint your order, saving you time and money.
Stamping
We cannot only build the tooling that you require, we can also run your production for you. We have a variety of press options to accommodate most of the tooling that we build. Let us run your parts for you, saving you valuable labor time.
Design
We utilize modern CAD/CAM software in our design department. By designing your job at our facility we can control the cost, thus saving our customers money. We can accept CAD files such as .DXF and .DWG via e-mail, diskette or CD-ROM for your convenience.
Grinding
We do many types of grinding right here at our facility. A few examples would be surface grinding, cylindrical grinding and blanchard grinding.
Heat Treatment
We do all our own heat treatment right here in our building, thus controlling the cost and the quality of each job.
Wire EDM
We have been using wire EDM technology for a number of years. We have one EDM machine that is used in the production of our customers' tooling.
