- Q. What if we don't see a "standard" notch pattern for our specific application?
A. Simply fax or e-mail us your print or sketch, and let us provide you with a prompt, no-obligation quote for a custom machine to meet your needs. We pride ourselves on our precise workmanship in our standard or custom-built models made just right to suit your needs.
- Q. Can additional notching heads be added to my machine as my company grows or changes?
A. Absolutely. All our machines will accept any of our standard or custom notching heads at any time. For instance, if you initially purchased a residential notching machine and now would like to notch a TDC/TDF pattern, it's simple. We just add the additional heads right into your existing machine there is no need to purchase a second machine.
- Q. Do I need to purchase a larger air compressor to run your notcher?
A. No. Our machines will operate on your existing shop air supply at 80 - 120 PSI. If you currently do not have any air supply, your new notcher will run from a minimum 1 HP compressor.
- Q. Our company does not have a stamping press to run our new die set. Can you run our parts for us?
A. Yes. We can run your production parts here in our facility. We have a variety of press options to accommodate most of our customers' needs. We can take your job from design, to build, to a production run all under one roof.
- Q. We need someone to design and machine a custom part for our company. Can you do this for us?
A. Yes. We offer a full design department that can take your idea or sketch to a concept drawing to a finished product. We use top-of-the-line CAD and CAM software to design your parts and state-of-the-art CNC equipment to machine them.
- Q. If you build a welding or drill fixture for us, can you also produce the part for us?
A. Yes. We perform a variety of machining and fabrication operations here at Berry Industries, including welding, grinding, de-burring and assembly work. We can provide you with the tooling and/or the finish product that you are looking for.
